He was arrested at the hands of NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) officials following a raid on a cruise vessel near in the Gulf of Mumbai. Aryan as well as others was involved in a drug celebration. But, there was no official report that was able to confirm Gauri's involvement in the incident. At the time, reports claimed Gauri was a drug addict. Gauri has been a substance user and she denied it when she was interviewed by an online lifestyle magazine. Gauri even said that the reports don't cause any concern for her.
