I was told by someone during season 3 that I would end up killing The Night King,'" Maisie Williams shares. "And Then he was reading the script then it became Arya all the time. (Laughs.) (Laughs.) was too obvious. I'm happy that it was Arya in the end, though. I'm convinced that I had the most compelling storyline of the season's final episode."
However, Kit Harington has also been very outspoken regarding The Game Of Thrones finale. Speaking to Deadline about how to handle the stress of the final season, Harington stated that he had not watched the show.
"Controversy. I haven't yet seen the show, so this is my approach to the controversy. I haven't watched the final season, but I'm aware of the effort required to film it , and it was a challenge all the actors put their heart and energy into the project. For us, controversy was not a problem because we knew that what did was the right thing in terms of story and we were sure it was the right thing for the characters since we were with them for a decade. Controversy in our case was not a big issue for our work," said Kit Harington.
