"It's enjoyable to play two distinct aspects of the psyche since Venom as well as Eddie are two of my favorite characters They are only distinguished by the reality there is a monster, and the other is Eddie but they're both in the same person," says Hardy.

Tom Hardy added: "It's completely directed by the script and the script was written by a writer who was in charge from the beginning. It's been great enjoyable and I'm hoping to keep exploring what I can achieve using it."

Tom Hardy credits "great talents" for the directors Andy Serkis and screenwriter Kelly Marcel in the making of "Venom: Let There Be Carnage'.

"You are aware that this was a union of great talent that joined forces to have lots of fun with the second installment of a series which we hope will be very popular within the realm of superheroes and fantasy films. We're very happy with it and believe that it's better than the previous," he said.

Tom Hardy is back as the character Eddie Brock, an investigative reporter who contracted an alien symbiote when conducting a journalistic exposé. Eddie has merged with the alien Venom and the two must be in the same body and a tiny apartment - frequently with hilarious and thrilling outcomes.

Sony Pictures Entertainment India releases "Venom: Let There Be Carnage" with subtitles in Hindi, English, Tamil and Telugu. The movie will hit cinemas on October 14th and then in Maharashtra on October 22nd.
