Taking to her Instagram, Shilpa Shetty has finally issued her statement on the Raj Kundra case
Shilpa shetty has been under surveillance for a while. After Raj Kundra, her husband was arrested in the p*rnography matter, it all happened. The charges against the businessman were that he was involved in creating and publishing adult content. Gehana Vasisth and Sherlyn Chopra are also involved in the same matter. Hungama 2 actress Gehana Vasisth has finally spoken out about the matter.
As most know, Shilpa has faced merciless trolling over the past few days. Commentators have made comments about her promoting yoga positions, while her husband supports 'other' positions. There have been many speculations as to whether she knew anything about Raj's involvement.
Shilpa Shetty finally released her statement regarding the Raj Kundra case via her Instagram. She wrote: "My statement. Yes! Yes! There have been many rumors and accusations. There have been many unfounded accusations and rumours about me, both from the media and my (not so well-wishers). There was a lot of trolling/questions, not just to me but to my family. MY STAND... I have not commented yet and will continue to abstain from commenting on this case because it is subjudice. Please stop attribution of false quotes on behalf of me. I will be reiterating my mantra of a celebrity, "Never complain, Never Explain." It's an ongoing investigation and I can only say that I have complete faith in the Mumbai Police and Indian judiciary.
Shilpa Shetty continued, "As a family, we are taking recourse to all our available legal remedies. I ask you, especially as a mother, to protect my children's privacy and to stop commenting on untrued information. For the past 29 years, I have been a law-abiding Indian citizen as well as a hardworking professional. People trust me and I have never let them down."
She said, "So, first and foremost, I ask you to respect the privacy of my family members." We don't deserve a media trial. Let the law do its thing. Satyamev Jayate Shilpa Shri Shetty Kundra, Positivity and Gratitude
Raj Kundra is currently being held in judicial custody.
