Sherlyn Chopra has made shocking allegations against Raj Kundra, a businessman and husband to Shilpa Shetty.

Sherlyn claimed earlier that Kundra and his associates were trying to blackmail her into stripping and shooting nak*d for their films. Kundra harassed and cheated Sherlyn mentally, but she refused. Sherlyn spoke out about the FIR filed against Raj Kundra on October 14th. Sherlyn stated that she had filed a complaint to file FIR against Kundra for s*xual harassment and cheating & criminal intimidation," according to ANI.

This FIR was issued a day after Shilpa Shetty & Raj Kundra warned Sherlyn Chupra about the dangers of mud-slinging in the public.

Miss Chopra's alleged statements must be subject to the due process of law. This is a clear indication of a strong intent to commit a defamatory offense.
