The third weekend of Marvel's new superhero film has seen good momentum. Shang Chi's domestic box office (USA and Canada) has now earned $160.99 Million. These numbers surpass the $160.07 million lifetime collection of A Quiet Place 2. The second installment of A Quiet Place is one of the most popular films of the pandemic era.

Shang Chi will likely surpass Scarlett Johansson’s $183.24m domestic box office gross in a matter of days. The film is expected to bring in $20-22 million more by the end of the weekend.

The film has grossed $272.93million worldwide. It has made $111.94million in overseas territories.

Shang Chi is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and stars Simu Liu (helmed), Meng'er Zhang (and others) in key roles.

Awkwafina is currently riding high on Shang Chi's success and spoke to IANS about her work on Bollywood projects. Although I think I cannot keep up, I believe they are a great team.
