Aryan was detained along with 7 others from the rave party.

Shah Rukh Khan has been being noticed since the morning. However, the reason for this isn't the expectations of anyone. The son of the actor Aryan Khan was arrested by NCB for his participation in a drug-related party on the Mumbai cruise. The starkid is in the custody of the judicial system. Sameer Wankhede is now speaking to the world about the entire bust. Check out the article for more details. Keep reading for the Latest Bollywood News.

Aryan was arrested along with seven others in the group. The charges were related to the consumption, sale and purchase of narcotics. In the course of hours, Khan was interrogated the medical examination was carried out and 3 individuals including Khan were brought before an Esplanade Magistrate Court.

According to recent news reports Aryan Khan may be in trouble for only the consumption of drugs. He has been arrested for consuming the charas. The penalty for the offense is a one-year prison sentence or a fine that can be as high as 20000 rupees. The famous lawyer Satish Maneshinde, who was the lawyer in charge of Rhea Chakraborty's case , has been trying to help Shah Rukh Khan's son.

Then, NCB Zonal director Sameer Wankhede has spoken out on the issue. In a discussion with TOI the director expressed his opinion on reports that the team only is focusing on Bollywood stars.

"The media only is interested in bringing cases involving celebrities because they're famous and everyone will discuss it. The case is of interest to the public. When a case like this is brought to light there is a perception that only celebrities are our targets. But I'm not sure about the validity of that assertion as well. Since case 16 there have been 90 cases and you've seen a celebrity getting detained. In addition, it's an actor who broke the law. Then was found out after years of work and a haphazard tip-off that brought in the money. Why should I not hire such someone? Why? Because they're famous and well-known? It's not the way things work," Sameer Wankhede shared.

Aryan Khan will be brought in for a bail hearing in an ordinary court today.
