Kamaal has made the plea to say that it is impossible for a reviewer to make comments about a film, its actors, or any character.
According to PTI Kamaal Khan's plea "demands the quashing of a lower court’s interim order restraining his comments on the actor or his movies or his companies,"
KRK also criticized the lower court's decision to pass such a "blanket order". However, he acknowledged that the court could restrain him from making specific comments, but they couldn't stop the reviewer from making fair criticisms of Salman Khan movies.
A single bench headed by Justice A S Gadkari recently sent a court notification to Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor and Salman Khan Ventures production house, as well as other mediators seeking to answer Kamaal Khan’s plea.
KRK stated in his notice that the "lower Court's interim order was no less than a gag order" and claimed he was reasonable in criticizing Radhe. "Salman Khan," a 55-year old, was acting like a teenager."
He added that the lower court had to remember that viewers of films cannot be prevented from commenting on them or their characters, and whether or not they are successful.
Salman Khan's spokesperson confirmed that copies of Kamaal R Khan’s plea have been sent to them by the High Court. The court has been asked by the team to take the time to review and comprehend the petition that was sent by KRK's lawyer.
