Salman Khan Joined By Ranveer Singh On Grand Premiere Promising A Heavy Dose Of Entertainment

The high point of the premiere was the arrival of Bollywood star Ranveer Singh.

The eagerly-awaited debut of 'Bigg Boss 15,' began on Saturday night, complete with the regular pomp and fun, after the host of the show, Bollywood star Salman Khan, entered the house with a jungle theme and danced to the track 'Jungle Hai Aadhi Rakh Hai'.

The highlight of the show was the appearance from Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh. Salman received his guest with his signature style, uttering the phrases: "Inki pata nahi kya Aadat Hai, Har Jagah gahu jaate hain (I cannot understand his poor behavior. He's everywhere)." Ranveer will soon be on COLORS which is the channel that airs "Bigg Boss 15," hosting his own reality show"The Big Picture".

Following his first dance, Salman Khan started introducing the contestants. The first person to be welcomed to the residence was TV actor and host of a reality show Jay Bhanushali, who was led on a tour of his house for the next few weeks.

Bhanushali is leaving his spouse Mahhi Vij as well as daughters Tara to join 14 other contestants who are all set for an exciting contest to be the best.

The other contestants include: Karan Kundrrra, star of "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai"; 'Swarangini'' actress Tejasswini Prakash as well as 'Splitsvilla veteran Simba Nagpal as well as former actress and journalist Donal Bisht; Umar Riaz who is the brother of 'BiggBoss 13 the first finalist Asim Riaz as well as model and actress Sahil Shroff; Punjabi singer Afsana Khan, of the 'Titliaan Warga fameand The 'Bigg Boss OTT' second runner-up and headline-grabbing Shamita Shetty. The premiere featured Umar fighting in a fight with Eishaan in the movie 'Sultaani Akhaada" survival kit" from Donal and appeared in an ethereal red dress. Akasa made a gesture with Salman. Karan was called an "lover boy" and the "bad boy of television" by Salman. Are Akasa and Karan be able to bond as was predicted by Salman? The next few days will determine, but Karan stated his intention clearly by saying, "Mingle karna toh bahut zaruri hai, dil se dil milne chahiye (It is so important to mingle because hearts need to meet)."

Sehgaal who said he was an "opinionated" person, livened the show with his sharp rebuke "Umar Riaz, Aapki, kismat Achhi hai jo aapne Bigg Boss"ke ghar mein mujhe munh par maara. Yehi bahar maara hota tu, doctor aap hain lekin Aapka Ilaaj Main kar Raha hota (Umar Riaz, it's the luck of your life that you struck me inside your home at Bigg Boss house. If you'd done it in the open, you could be medical professional and I'd be the one to give your treatment)."

Umar Riaz clearly got more interest than his peers due to his brother Asim who, on the show and spoke about his affection of Salman Khan, and dedicated an rap song to the star. With his characteristic charming smile Salman requested that Umar Riaz clarify the lyrics for him.

If the first episode was any hint of what is to come, 'BiggBoss 15' is expected to bring the usual amount of scripted tension, slanging games and love tangles, all laced with laughter that's of those of the Salman Khan kind. The only thing required of you is a ability to suspend disbelief as well as the ability to relax and take in the fun.
