His latest release, Bhoot Police, was also a blockbuster. Adipurush is not interested in going digital for his next release. He claims that the magnum opus was meant to be a theatrical experience.

He is currently enjoying success with the horror-comedy. The film, which stars Arjun Kapoor, Yami Gautam and Jacqueline Fernandes, has received a lot praise from the public.
Mid-Day spoke with Saif Ali Khan, who stated that Om Raut will not compromise on releasing the film on the streaming service. He said that the movie is a high-ticket production with unprecedented visual effects. This film cannot be released outside of theatres. "The makers will need to wait until the cinemas are up and running before they release it.
He then compared the director to K Asif, Mughal-e-Azam's K Asif. The (Indian) audience is yet to see something new from him.
Talking to PTI previously, Jawaani Jaaneman had stated that they are working hard to portray the characters accurately and present the history in a realistic way. He also said, "The film was very unique and distinct." Adipurush is not a concern to me as the writer, director, and entire creative team are very well-educated in the material they are working with. They cannot make mistakes when it comes to accurately portraying religion, history, or mythology.
Adipurush is seeing Saif Ali Khan reunite with Om Raut following Tanhaji: The Unsung Warriors. The makers were praised for showing the story on a large scale.
The Race actor will play Ravan in Adipurush but he will share the screen with Prabhas Sanon and Kriti Sanon who will be playing Lord Rama and Sita, respectively.
Aside from the magnum opus project Saif Ali Khan will star alongside Hrithik Rosshanin the Tamil remake Vikram Vedha.
