Another victim in the Raj Kundra case has come out and claimed that her private parts were shown without consent.

Mumbai Crime Branch arrested Raj Kundra, Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman, last month for publishing and creating p*rnographic material on his app. As the case is being investigated, several actresses are coming forward to reveal some shocking details.

According to police, the businessman is believed to be one of the main conspirators in the alleged P*rn scandal. Kundra is alleged to have lured several women into p*rn scandal on the pretext of offering them a role in web series. Numerous actresses and models have confirmed the allegations.

Mumbai's police crime branch recorded the statements of another victim in an adult film case. According to Times Now, the victim filed an FIR at Malvani Police Station and her statement was recorded on Wednesday. She claimed that the accused had promised her that her private parts would not be revealed because she was only shooting intimate scenes. She learned from a friend that her adult videos are available on the app for a few more days. The victim realized that the whole video had been uploaded without any cuts or edits. Her private parts were also included in the video.

According to reports, the victim signed a contract and was paid for the shoot with a few thousand rupees.

Poonam Pandey had previously accused Raj Kundra, his associates, of fraud, theft and leaking her numbers. She spoke to Times Of India during a conversation. "When I signed an MoU with them, which lasted for one month, it became obvious that they were cheating, and were extremely unprofessional. My contract was terminated immediately. This was the worst mistake of my life. They are frauds. My life was an open book. Another level of trauma hit me. I was ashamed of sharing my passwords with their team. Raj's team told us that they wouldn't pay us until we signed a contract and began working again with them. I refused. It was impossible for me to do this knowing these men had hacked into my personal and financial accounts. Yeh log Samajhte Kya Hain Khud Ko (Who are they?)

Mumbai police are currently trying to find a financial trail between the revenue of the app with Kundra's bank accounts or accounts linked with him. This development follows a raid on Kundra's Andheri offices where a hidden cabinet was discovered. Some documents were recovered by the police during the raid.
