The Mumbai crime branch recently filed a 1500-page supplementary charge sheet against Kundra, and three other defendants in the case of p*rnography. The charge sheet includes Shilpa, Sherlyn and Saurabh Chopra's statements.

Times of India reports that advocate Prashant Patil claimed in bail that Raj Kundra claimed there was not one iota of evidence with the prosecution to connect Hotshots with an offense under the law. The probing agency claimed that Hotshots was used to upload and stream obscene material.

In the bail plea, it also claimed that Kundra is not implicated in any of the allegations in the supplementary charges against him. He is also falsely accused in the case. The FIR did not name him and he was dragged along by police.

According to the bail plea, Raj Kundra, a businessman, is being made a "scapegoat" for reasons best known to the Mumbai crime branch.

Sherlyn Chopra has already given her statement in the case. She took aim at Shilpa Shetty because she recorded a statement that she said she was too busy with her projects and didn't ask Raj Kundra about his work.

Chopra shared a video message on Twitter saying, "According some reports, didi says that she wasn't aware of the nefarious actions of her husband." Didi also stated that she didn't know anything about her husband's immovable and movable assets. This statement is so true, you guys can understand yourself."
