Zoya Akhtar will direct a web series based on the Archie comics for Netflix.

Zoya Akhtar is set to direct a Netflix web series that is based on the Archie comics. She is well-known for her films such as Gully Boy and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. Suhana Khan, Shah Rukh Khan's child, has already been offered the role. The web series will also feature two other stars kids from Shah Rukh Khan.

Suhana enjoys a massive fan following and has become a youth icon in the country. Recently, she was seen in The Grey Part of Blue, her short film. It was directed by Theodore Gimeno. Her magnetic screen presence was much appreciated in the short film.

According to Bollywood Hungama, Zoya Akhtar will launch three-star children Shah Rukh Khan's daughters Suhana Khan and Boney Kapoor, Sridevi's daughter Khushi Khan, and Sridevi’s daughter Sridevi through her web series, based on Archie comics.

The report confirms that Suhana will be playing the role of Betty and Khushi as Veronica. Although there are strong rumors that Ibrahim may play Archie's role, it has not been confirmed. Fans who waited for the stars for so long are happy to hear that the latest development is good news. Karan Johar wanted to launch Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor. It seems that Zoya Akhtar has defeated him to do the honors.

It is worth noting that casting details for other characters such as Reggie, Jughead and Moosehead, Midge, Big Ethel Mr. Lodge Miss Grundy Pop Tate Mr Weatherbee Smithers and Stevens from Archie comics have yet to be revealed. It is not yet known what the shooting schedules are for the digital outing.
