According to the India Today report, Mouni Roy's cousin Vidyut Roysarkar sat down with the local newspaper of Cooch Bihar. He also revealed the actress' plans for marriage. The reporter said it was likely that Mouni and her husband Suraj are set to marry in the month of January in 2022. To add more clarity to the festivities, he stated that the ceremony would take place at Dubai and Italy. He also said the reception will take place at Cooch Bihar in Kolkata and Kolkata. Vidyut has also said that his family and he will be attending the wedding ceremony.
Although Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar don't often appear together, it was following Suraj's birthday, in the month of September that Mouni shared a story from Suraj which featured a puppy. The caption reads, "Both mine. I am so happy for you both." Also, she shared pictures of her dog calling it "My Baby Boy Theo.. the most wonderful surprise in a sea of many...So very content !!!! !"
