Hollywood star Tom Cruise pulled off the "most dangerous" stunt in his career to promote his new film, "Mission Impossible 7".
According to aceshowbiz.com, the star revealed the footage of him jumping off a cliff riding a motorcycle at CinemaCon. Keep reading for Hollywood News.
As superspy Ethan Hunt in the action series, Cruise has scaled cliffs in Australia with his hands and hung on to the outside of a speeding plane in previous instalments of the film franchise, but the next big stunt is "far and away the most dangerous thing I've attempted," he said.
Christopher McQuarrie, actor and director, shared behind-the scenes footage in a video presentation.
The actor who appears in the footage says that this is "far and away the most dangerous thing" he's ever attempted. He's been working on it for years.
Cruise said, "I've wanted to do this since I was a child."
McQuarrie stated that the clouds had to be misty and not foggy in order for McQuarrie to capture the perfect conditions for the scene. The scene was shot in Norway.
Actor and comedian 59 years old, who is well-known for his own stunts. He trained by skydiving as well as completing a specially-designed cycle-jumping course.

Cruise is seen barreling down a ramp from a cliff, letting go of his bike mid-air and releasing his parachute.
One crew member said that Tom Cruise had just ridden a bike off of a cliff six more times today.
"The only thing that scares me more is what we've got planned for Mission 8," quipped McQuarrie, who also directed Cruise in 'Mission Impossible - Fallout' and 'Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation'.
