Kendall Jenner Faces A $1.8 Million Lawsuit For Alleged Breach Of Modelling Contract

It is hard to be the highest-paid model on the planet. We are not sure how Kendall Jenner manages it. Jenner is flawless, and looks effortless in every outfit. Jenner, 25, has been a recognizable model around the globe. Jenner was recently sued by a fashion company for breaching a modeling contract.

Jenner was featured on Vogue Spain's cover story in a recent Jenner shoot. In the photos posted on Kendall's Instagram, the model is in an all-black outfit consisting of polka-dots stockings, a black ruffled dress, a black chic hat and black heels. While she lies on a child's bed, she is surrounded with stuffed bears. The model appears flawless, but she is being sued by an Italian fashion company.

Italian fashion house Liu Jo accused Kendall Jenner, of violating a modeling contract. According to the company the Keeping Up With the Kardashian actress failed to attend the second of two planned photoshoots. Jenner received a total of $1,050.$1.5 MillionAlong with a 20% service fee.

On August 2, Liu Jo filed a complaint to the New York City Court. The photoshoot was delayed due to Covid-19 but the fashion label alleged that Kendall Jenner turned down proposals to reschedule it. Jenner has yet to address the issue, but her model management company denies all allegations.

Covid-19 delayed the second shoot, which was originally scheduled for March 2020 in London. The agreement states that the shoot was postponed to fall by both parties, but the model didn't confirm a new date.

Jenner was also accused of not responding to Liu Jo until Jenner was informed by the company that she was in breach. The documents show that this caused the termination of the contract. According to the company, the fashion brand filed the complaint after "no success" in getting the supermodel the refund she allegedly owed.

E! was told by a spokesperson for Kendall Jenner's model management firm, The Society Management. E! News was told by a spokesperson from Kendall Jenner's model management company, The Society Management, that "this suit is without merit." On behalf of Ms. Kendall Jenner's Society Management, Liu Jo has been offered alternative dates and locations in order to fulfill the agreement. Jenner has also offered to finish services to honor her commitments."
