The film got buried in discussions when reports of Aayush Sharma leaving the task arose. We are really buckling down each day and I would rather not get into the zone of commending myself or my group or the film. Allow the crowd to choose and pass a judgment when we discharge the film in film corridor by year-end. We are really buckling down," added Farhad Samji.

After Aayush Sharma's leave, the Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali group later got Jassie Gill and Siddharth Nigam ready. The film likewise stars Pooja Hegde leading the pack job while it marks Shehnaaz Gill's Bollywood debut.
