John Cena, a Hollywood star, has revealed what inspired him to make the movie The Suicide Squad. The former WWE champion said it was because of the filmmaker James Gunn he wanted to feature in the movie. Keep reading for Hollywood News.

Cena stated: "James Gunn 100 percent. I admire him. His ability to tell stories and his work is admirable. He made a universe of unknowns known and loved, which was something I was utterly amazed at. I was able to meet him before we began and get to know his storytelling process better.

"I didn’t care if it was a superhero movie or a period piece or comedy, or a war movie. John Cena said that he would tell you that The Suicide Squad is probably all three.

John Cena spoke out about the experience of working with such a diverse cast and said that he would be speaking for James but it wasn't done deliberately. He just looks for people who will help him achieve his vision. This is a difficult question because perspective is everything. These things should be a given and not a luxury, I think.

Gunn's The Suicide Squad also stars Margot Robbie, Idris Elba, Joel Kinnaman, Sylvester Stallone and Peter Calpadi. Stay tuned at Koimoi for more.
