The rights to Hollywood actor Jennifer Lawrence starrer R-rated comedy "No Hard Feelings' has been purchased through Sony Pictures.

"No Hard Feelings' will be Stupnitsky's sequel to the come-of-age comedy ensemble 'Good Boys which was his feature-length directororial debut. Stupnitsky is also the co-writer for 'No Hard Feelings together with John Phillips, reports variety.com.
The comedy is the latest addition to Jennifer Lawrence's list of forthcoming projects.
"No Hard Feelings' is set in Montauk, New York, an hamlet at the eastern end of Long Island. The film is described as a comedy with an R rating that is reminiscent of that 1985 Tom Cruise film 'Risky Business and in 2011 the Cameron Diaz vehicle 'Bad Teacher", on which Stupnitsky was writer and executive producer on.
The studio acquired "No Hard Feelings" the goal of giving the film a theatrical release that was exclusive to the studio.
Following a hiatus from acting on screen following the release of the film Dark Phoenix, Jennifer Lawrence returns this year with the release of Netflix's Christmas special "Don't Look Up," an ensemble comedy by The Big Short's director Adam McKay.
Lawrence is a part of the cast along with Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill, Cate Blanchett, Meryl Streep, and many more.
In the near future, Jennifer Lawrence is set to appear in Paolo Sorrentino directed 'Mob Girl and will play the role of Theranos' creator Elizabeth Holmes in 'Bad Blood which will see the actress reunite Jennifer Lawrence and director McKay.
