Guinness World Records announced Thursday that 23 records made by Bangtan Sonyeondan (or BTS) will be added to the Hall of Fame in 2022.

Guinness World Records released a statement stating that BTS had collected 23 Guinness World Records titles in music and social media. This is a remarkable result thanks to their fans, the "ARMY".

Guinness World Records stated that BLACKPINK, a record-breaking girl group, opened Coachella 2019 in a manner mirroring BTS’ success. This was the first time ever that a K-pop girl group performed at an American festival. It was a spectacular exhibition and a once-in-a lifetime event for Blink.
