Black Widow will be released in the United States on July 9th. On 29 June, it was shown at various red carpet fan events in Los Angeles and London. The pre-release buzz was heightened by the rave reviews from viewers. It has already outsold F9 and A Quiet Place Part II tickets, which were two of the biggest sellers in the post-pandemic era.

According to Fandango (online movie ticket booking site), Black Widow is expected to take the largest start in the post-Covid era. Surprisingly, the pre-sales of Black Widow are higher than those for Spider-Man: Homecoming or Doctor Strange.

Fandango's managing editor Erik Davis stated, "This (Black Widow), action-packed movie delivers on every level. Giving fans the immersive, big screen summer blockbuster, they have come to expect from Marvel Studios along with a compelling, engaging humor and a memorable cast, including exciting newcomers into the MCU." Variety reports.

Scarlett Johansson's super hero film will be arriving in approximately 4,100 North American theatres.
