English star Benedict Cumberbatch has been roped in for the variation of "Prisons and Dragons".
The 44-year-old joins the cast of the impending big-screen project that incorporates Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, and Rege-Jean Page, reports aceshowbiz.com.

"Subsequent to portraying the enlivened film, Benedict couldn't be in the film adaptation. Recording has been in the UK as well, so it was helpful for him travel-wise," a source disclosed to The Sun paper.
This isn't the first run through Cumberbatch is highlighting in a dream transformation. He already has voiced Smaug and Sauron in Peter Jackson's "The Hobbit" set of three.
"Prisons and Dragons", which is set to be delivered in 2023, has been shooting on areas, for example, the Wells Cathedral in Somerset, Alnwick Castle in Northumberland and Carrickfergus Castle in Ireland, where Rodriguez was spotted on a bike in ensemble while heading to the palace.
Benedict Cumberbatch, who delivers and stars in the forthcoming film, "The Mauritanian", says he got the book "Guantanamo Diary", on which the film is based, and read it from the start to end. The star claims he was simply passed up Mohamedou Ould Slahi, whose life moves the story.
In light of nerve racking occasions that happened post 9/11, "The Mauritanian" follows the account of Slahi (played by Tahar Rahim), who was caught by the US government and detained for quite a long time without preliminary at Guantanamo Bay. It's anything but a motivating record of endurance despite everything as Slahi battled for opportunity.

Cumberbatch who is the maker of the film, likewise articles the personality of military investigator Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Couch.
"I got the book and perused it from the start to end and was simply passed up Mohamedou, by his mankind and his humor, his exceptional perseverance, the way that he got through the entirety of this and arose to show us all something the inexhaustible delight of the human soul. I was totally enchanted by him and his story was disastrous and disturbing," he said.
