The son of Shah Rukh Khan, Aryan Khan was detained in court yesterday following his father was arrested. Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) was granted enough time to look into this cruise-related drug case. After that Aryan's lawyer requested the regular and interim bail. Aryan Khan has been taken to the Arthur road jail and will remain for seven days in a prison. He , along with seven others, including Arbaaz Khan, and Munmun Dhamecha were all taken to judicial custody. They've been denied bail once more.
Aryan Khan was detained on the 2nd of October 2021 after NCB conducted the cruise ship drug bust. The raid claimed to have found 13 grams of cocaine, 21 grams charas and 22, pills of MDMA and 5 grams of mephedrone as well as more than the sum of Rs 1.3 lakh in cash.
The star was refused bail and custody was transferred to the NCB. The court however, ruled the NCB's demand yesterday and all of the accused are sent to Judicial custody over the course of 14 days, therefore, Aryan's lawyer Satish Maneshinde applied for regular and interim bail.

NCB opposed Aryan's bail application and ordered further custody to conduct an investigation into the cruise drug raid however, the court refused to grant them additional custody.
