On the 7th of October 2021, a magistrate's court issued Aryan Khan to 14 days of hearings and his bail application has been rejected numerous times. The previous Wednesday Shah Rukh Khan son's bail application was moved to Thursday at 11 AM.
Aryan Khan was arrested by NCB on the 3rd of October, 2021 with his companions Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha. Then, NCB detained Vikrant Chhoker Ismeet Singh Nupur Sarika Gomit Chopra as well as Mohak Jaswal in a cruise drug search case.
NCB searched a vessel named Cordelia and also detained 7 others in addition to Aryan and said that they had found 13 grams of cocaine. They also seized 21gm charas, 22 pills containing MDMA and 5gm of mephedrone , and more than more than 1.3 lakh in cash.
