Khiladi Kumar thanked officials for taking the decision. Along with this he announced the date for the release of his film Sooryavanshi. There are reports that the teaser for the actor's second-highest-awaited film Bachchan Pandey will be released alongside his film Diwali.

Rohit Shetty's cop drama starring Patiala House actor has faced numerous delays and hurdles because of the pandemic worldwide however, the team is determined to start filming Diwali.

According to the reports currently in circulation, Akshay Kumar's Bachchan Pandey teaser is set to be released alongside Sooryavanshi in the month of Diwali. The first look poster for the film generated quite a buzz when the actor was spotted in a brand new outfit.

In august, sources who was close to the film had revealed that Akshay Kumar's film Bachchan Pandey's trailer would be launched on Diwali however, nothing was confirmed but the story has been circulated online, creating curiosity among the masses.

The source has said "We are wrapping up the film in just 55 days, with this ensemble casting. Sajid Sir, along with Akshay Sir and Farhad Sir watched film's rushes and locked the line-up of the film. The edit is in the final stage. We are preparing to prepare for Bachchan Pandey trailer's launch on Diwali we're confident that people will be thrilled by the massive entertainer we've created."

However, Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi is currently the largest film to be delayed. The action thriller was originally scheduled to release on March 22nd in 2020. Recently , Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray had a meeting with a few government officials, as well as Rohit Shetty Makrand Deshpande, Subodh Bhhave Aadesh Bandekar as well as other members of the industry, in which they decided to open theaters starting in October.
