After Akshay Kumar, John Abraham Is Ready To Take On Salman Khan At The Box Office

Salman's film ‘Antim’ is the official Hindi remake of hit Marathi movie, ‘Mulshi Pattern’ which was released in 2018.


Mahesh Manjrekar's movie Antim The Final Truth starring Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma is among the most anticipated films in 2021. The film was initially planned for Diwali release in the year 2021, however, it appears that it is going to compete to John Abraham's Satyamev Jayate 2.

The Salman film 'Antim' his first official Hindi remake of the hit Marathi film, 'Mulshi Model and was released in the year. In the film, the superstar will be playing the role of a cop chasing a village youth-turned-gangster, which is played by Aayush.


According to Jagran's report, Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma starrer 'Antim' will be in conflict with John Abraham's "Satyameva Jayate 2". Salman along with Mahesh Manjrekar were convinced to add more scenes to the action comedy. In the wake of this decision the post-production along with editing are delayed further, and they are reportedly settling on a new release date of the 26th of November.


It is interesting to note that John Abraham also plays the character of a policeman in Milap Zaveri's director Satyamev Jayate 2 while Salman portrays the role of a Sikh police officer. The two films are making news for quite a while now and people are waiting with anticipation for the film's release.



It's important to note it is true that Akshay Kumar's films such as Mission Mangal and Gold clashed with John Abraham's Batla House and Satyamev Jayate.



Mahesh Manjrekar previously spoke about Aayush Sharma's devotion to his part as a character in Antim: The Final Truth during an interview with the news agency IANS. He stated "One thing I adored the most was the fact that he was possessed."Antim" to him was"do or die. He was so committed to the characterthat it was a "Rahuliya". While shooting the track, one day I was forced to leave early and only a handful of small action sequences remained which is why I left home. The next day, early in the morning, I was able to learn that in the action sequence in the action scene, he hit the camera during a close-up shot that broke his fingers. Because we had a number of shots and scenes pending I was nervous, but shocked, when I saw the hand that was broken, he completed the shooting. He was probably suffering from pain, however, somehow he was able to finish."
